Subject: RE: Sesh near Aberdare, S Wales, UK From: Splott Man Date: 11 Sep 06 - 04:09 AM Guest: If you're around on the Wednesday either side, you'd be most welcome at Llantrisant Folk Club too. There's also Gower Folk Club on Sundays, Crane Driver and Sussex Carol, who you may well know if you like shanties, are regulars at both. Check our listings page for other stuff in the area on www.folkwales.org.uk |

Subject: RE: Sesh near Aberdare, S Wales, UK From: GUEST Date: 08 Sep 06 - 03:26 PM We are two American musicians traveling through Cornwall [playing in the Port Issac area] on the 1st and 3rd, then to Wales and would be there about the 7th of Oct. We sing traditional sea chanteys , whaling ballads and other music of the sea. Is the Falcon a closed venue or would what we do be appropriate there? |
