        Dave Townsend is one of the leading figures in the revival of West Gallery singing. His work with the Mellstock Band, performing, recording, publishing & teaching, has been hugely influential. He is also a virtuoso English concertina player & fiddler. Phil Humphries (serpent & trombone) works with him in the Mellstock Band & The Lost Chord.
        The workshop is for singers & musicians. Music reading is helpful but not essential. Music for one carol will be sent in advance.

PERFORM AT THE LEWES ARMS FOLK CLUB as THE LOST CHORD
(songs & light classics of the music hall on voice, concertina, trombone & serpent)
