I don't think Bryan Ferry has ever used a washboard. He probably gets his missus to take his shirts to the launderette.

Duuno about Byron Ferret but The Purple Gang's "Granny Takes A Trip" featured washboard.

While sitting on the M4 car park the other morning, Bryan Ferry's version of Let's Stick Together came on the radio. I'm sure I could hear a washboard in the mix.

Can anyone verify this?
