That wouldn't be "rompy-pompy" would it?

(Even if it were, I still wouldn't have the lyrics.)

Listed among the repertoire of the Webb Family of Maidstone. I assume the journalsit concerned transcribed the title correctly. Pompey is the nickname give to Portsmouth, but neither spelling finds a match. Believed to have been written in the 1890s. No reference in the British Library catalogue or Kilgariff.
