I looked up the composer on the DVD and then found the lyrics. The composer is McGettigan.

It's on an Album called "Greatest Hits" along with "My Donegal Shore", "Take Good Care Of Her", "The Magic Is There" and others.
I don't know the date. I got the music from a time-share site.
