Keith told me this morning he has one pupil from this listing. he is a remarkable musician and man, and I'm sure you will find him a good teacher.

Any chance he's planning to emigrate? The Ottawa Valley could use a good banjo teacher.

A very good friend of mine and great banjo player, Keith Stacey is looking for some people to give banjo lessons to. Keith wants to give lessons on a one to one basis at his very comfortable home in Clay Cross, Derbyshire - £15 a shot. Its a place that is pretty handy from either Sheffield, Chesterfield, Derby, Nottingham or Matlock.

He can play most five string styles - Scruggs, frailing, melodic, bluegrass, folk accompaniments. Also he knows a lot about banjo construction - and he is very friendly and approachable. He is very happy to teach beginners.

He mentioned this to me and I thought I would pass it on to you.
His phone number is 01246 865739.
