Can anyone identify the following chorus? I heard it on a ship the other week, and was promised the name of the artist and the rest of the lyrics, but was never sent them, and I really liked it. It's about the settlers from the Isle of Lewis who went to Canada. The chorus goes

"Look at me now,
I'm a thousand miles from home,
On board the , Rolling through the foam
My heart it aches for Lewis
My mother, and my my dad
But I'll cross the rolling ocean
for my handsome farmer lad.."

Thank you for your help...

Em
