Just in case any bluegrassers are in the area, there's a great little festival in Lanesboro, Massachusetts, USA this weekend, July 28-30, 2000. It's on the Steele Family Farm, and was begun 3 or 4 years ago as a means to raise money to keep the farm going. The owner is a good guy and a bluegrasser himself.

This festival is known for it's great pickin'. And the view in this corner of the Berkshires is pretty good, too. Lanesboro is in Western Mass, 5 miles north of Pittsfield, just east of the NY state line.
