Subject: Question for Flatt and Scruggs Wizards
From: murray@mpce.mq.edu.au

I just got an album of the complete Mercury Sessions of Flatt and Scruggs and the Foggy Mountain Boys. There is one guy pictured on the cover without an instrument and I was wondering who he is and what he played (plays).

For those who have the album: On the picture on the cover, he is the furthest to the right of the standing group. For those who don't have it. He wears a checked flannel shirt, suspenders and no necktie (he does have a bandana around his neck.) He is a bit pudgy in the middle and he wears a straw hat. (He looks like he stepped out of a white jug band, while the others look like C/W singers.)

Murray
