Can anyone help me please - I'm looking for this English tune - "The Learned Man".

It existed as a broadside song, for which the lyrics only are available in the Bodleian library. The tune was used for a set of lyrics by the 19th century goldfield songster Charles Thatcher. Several other 19th cent. lyrics have been set to it - but I'm finding it very hard to track down...

Any ideas?
