I am looking for the lyrics to a song which I remember from years ago.

20 years ago I was working somewhere south,
A soldier for the crown,
It was leather and brass for a weekend pass,
And a night out on the town..............

I can remember the tune and snatches of verses, but don't know any more, or who wrote it. Any one help?

Thanks

Peter
