Subject: Who's Going To Pennsic? From: Bo \Sigurd Date: 14 Jul 97 - 03:17 AM Are there any SCAdians out there who are going down for Pennsic this year on the site? It might be fun to look each other Up I'm not sure if I am yet but if I do I'd like to meet you folks... Sigurd Leothsanga, ask after me in the Ealdormere or Rowen Hall or Fools Rest camps they'll know if I'm down and where I am. Slainte |

Subject: RE: Who's Going To Pennsic? From: Bo Date: 14 Jul 97 - 04:56 AM Sorry M'lady, I guess I was too obscure in my post. Pennsic is a Camping get together held every year in August, just north of Pitsburg, Pennsilvania. It is a large (9-10,000) person get together organized by the SOCIETY FOR CREATIVE ANACHRONISM or SCA. My message was for SCAdians not Scandinavians. We will all be living in tents, preparing to fight all day, feast all evening and celebrate all night. For the medieval recreationsist set there is no greater event. Sigurd. |

Subject: RE: Who's Going To Pennsic? From: Catfeet Date: 14 Jul 97 - 08:14 PM Yes! We are going. We will be up on the Serengetti this year, but if you stop by the Ostgardr or Whyt Whey camp, they will know where we are. Btw, the Whyt Whey camp has a LOT of singing going on, Bardic circles every night literally. Hope to see you there! |

Will you be at Bonfield? Keja |
