Tune Req: Billy Boy Newcastle Version not in

Ok now where is it - must be somewhere! The tune for billy boy as in the DT is not the one commonly played in Newcastle- High Level Ranters et. al... does any one have it in either .mid or .abc?

Conrad, does it go anything like the following? Will happily do a midi and send it to you and the DT if this is right. I haven't heard the High Level Ranters sing it - got this one from Eliza Carthy's Red Rice...

My head is not working- cant seem to transcribe it and time is out... Perhaps someone knows it- I found a midi but the part has confused the midi txt progam perhaps someone can get it into .abc here is the midi: Billy Boy click it here!

That other was the right notes, but the wrong time signature - here it is in 6/8. That's how my mother's known it since the '20s, and she's from Ryton

The version I learned as a child doesn't appear in the DT either, the one where the chorus goes:

'With me Nancy tickle me fancy,
Oh me charming Billy Boy'

Anyone have verses for this version, please?
