Subject: my mom's 45s From: GUEST,sline81253 Date: 31 Mar 02 - 10:09 PM I grew up listening to my mom's 45 records and cannot find the lyrics to some of the songs. Does anyone remember one that went "if I were a gate and you were a hinge I'd swing you"? I think it was by the McGuire Sisters. I would also like to find Mule Train, Cookie Lend Me Your Comb, I'm Gonna Give You My Heart, Transfusion, Eddie My Love, Itch and Scratch, I Wanna Be Free (Elvis), and Alley Oop. Thanks! Sherryl |

Subject: RE: my mom's 45s From: Blackcatter Date: 31 Mar 02 - 10:38 PM Hi there, Look around the web - most of those are out there numerous times. Few, if any, are at the Mudcat - it being a (primarily) blues and folk database. Just put the words into a search engine like Google. pax |
