Arthur Hyde who runs the above open mike is putting on a Music Festival in Kington on 3rd W/e of June. Just after Bishop's Castle Folk Weekend. The headline band are The Levellers. BUT what's more exciting is that Sally and The Shot Dogs are supporting them... Yea Hey! There'll be lots more info later on.

Tonight: Emma and The Professor, Small Blue Fish and Hoover the Dog.

Saturday night: Arne Cotteral, Spindrift, The Queensbury Rules and The Levellers (Acoustic).

Loads of sessions in the pubs and hopefully some sunshine.

Good weekend all in all. Local bands excellent. 8-) Not a lot to be said about The Levellers. Good on stage, but I won't say anything about what went on back stage. It wouldn't be 'professional'!

Arthur says he's booking Bob Dylan next year!
