Subject: Happy Skifflemass & A Kazoo New Year From: Roger the Skiffler Date: 18 Dec 03 - 08:13 AM Many thanks to all Mudcatters who kept me amused, informed and, on occasions, infuriated in 2003 and to those I amused, (mis)informed or infuriated too. To those of you for whom 2003 has been a bad year regarding health, family, work or music, I hope 2004 is a better year. I count my blessings I've only a lack of musical talent to complain about. Best wishes Roger (and the long-suffering Sheila) |

Subject: RE: Happy Skifflemass & A Kazoo New Year From: Leadfingers Date: 18 Dec 03 - 12:07 PM Or as an old R A F mate of mine used to say- A Merry Crimble and a Happy Splod - Whatever that means. |

Subject: RE: Happy Skifflemass & A Kazoo New Year From: PoppaGator Date: 18 Dec 03 - 12:31 PM Roger, you are definitely a man after my own heart, except that you are so much more modest than I about your enthusiastic audience participation and occasional guest appearances. I usually figure I *deserve* it when I make a brief (and loud) jump into the spotlight -- and I'm quite sure that you do, too. I really regret not having made the pilgrimage to Jagz during my recent and too-brief visit to England. Have a cool yule! |

Subject: RE: Happy Skifflemass & A Kazoo New Year From: Steve Parkes Date: 19 Dec 03 - 10:40 AM It's that time of year when we can say "and you!" with impunity, isn't it? Not that your'e the type who'd sa it with punity, Roger. Don't forget, if you're ever back in the Midlands, I'll be in Milton Keynes! Steve "my middle name is 'Kazoo'" Parkes (Actually it's "Tom") |
