The excellent Bill Whaley and Dave Fletcher appear at the Lewes Arms Folk Club on Saturday 21st. October. The address is Mount Place, Lewes, East Sussex BN7 1YH. Admission is £5, doors open at 7.30 for an 8.00 pm start and floor singers are welcome. There is no membership or advance telephoning scheme. We kick off with a few join-in tunes, so bring your instrument.

This is true.

I must say that when they first came to us Bill spoke extensively about his hernia. As I was still on sick leave from having my own fitted with an internal gusset, I got to the point of thinking that if he mentioned it one more time I'd ask for a comparison of scars.
