There's
The Bridge Folk Club (a The Bridge!) on Mondays, which is pretty central in Newcastle.

Plenty of other things going on roundabout. How far do you want to travel?

Wolviston is somewhat more than 20 miles - more like 40, but it's easy to get there. Straight down the A19. You would definitely be made welcome at the Welly and it's a good night. Singaround this Thursday, Brian Peters next week (27th).

We get quite a few come from Tyneside, especially on guest nights.
