Oh that is too bad. If I knew there had been a Hearme I would have dropped in. I guess I didn't see the thread or was there a thread?

Bonnie, I've made it a habit to check in often. If I have the time, I just sit and wait and play my guitar. Almost always someone shows up. There was a real nice group there tonight/last night, as the case may be. I sang:

I Am The Ride - Chris Smither FDR in Trinidad - ? Hesitation Blues - Rev. Gary Davis

So I guess there's no point me checking NOW?

You can sing FOR me - I'll listen and type. My flatmate is home and I dont want to sing for him.

Callie (going to HearMe now)

dwditty, so is it kind of like going to the local pub and seeing what friends show up? Oh that sounds good, I guess I thought I had to be formally invited. I'll drop in at the pub sometime dwditty and see if you or any of the others are around.

Bonnie

I sang 'hard is the fortune' and then listened for the rest of it so as not to wake people up. Some really beautiful stuff!!!

Kept me up half the night!

Catrin

I sang....lessee...

The Song of the Vermonters, 1779 - Lyrics by John Greenleaf Whittier about 1830, edited down and put to a new tune by me a year an a half or so ago.

The Cowboy Song - Roy Robinson (?); learned from Dry Branch Fire Squad.

And one other what I can't remember what it was.

Peter.

Bonnie - if you go in and there is no one there, and there is no current thread, you can always START a thread and ask people to show up!

Okay MMario, that is a good idea too.
Or maybe I could just hang out in there by myself and pretend I am practicing for Carnegie Hall.

Bonnie
