Sorcha ... I'm somewhat amazed that you didn't bother to check out what was already posted in the auction before you dumped four books ... all at once. The recipe book will easily bring $250. By your placing four books at one time will obviously distract from this very valuable contribution to MC. Read ahead and think! Bob

I dunno, Bob. I think it's nice to have a variety to choose from. There's only one book in the lot I'm interested in - the Opie Lore and Language book. I gotta have it.

Thanks for your confidence in the power of this book! I was actually going along the eBay lines of ask a reasonable starting price, let it grow a tidy little profit, and put another one out there soon to fill the same niche. I have a couple of more copies, and since this is all in the name of raising dollars for Mudcat, I'll put the others up later after this ends. It's that time of year to begin holiday shopping, and it makes a great gift.

(BTW--that Opie book DOES sound awfully interesting!)
