Don't know how many of you are aware of YouTube.com, but it has some excellent music videos.

I've just finished watching some beautiful TG4 video of the late Francie Mooney and daughter Maighread (and the band, of course). A lovely song by the Ni Dhomhnaill girls, Paul Brady...

Just go to YouTube.com and type in "Francie Mooney".

Enjoy!

It's a programme from a few years back on the Irish language TV station in Ireland, honoring the music of Francie Mooney, who passed away March last.

Yeegawd...it's a 1969 video of Donovan singing Atlantis!

Odd, isn't it? Clicking links at YouTube takes one to strange destinations!

Keep 'em coming. These are great. Sorry to hear Francie Mooney passed on, though.

Thank you, Felipa. I wondered if it was that Máiréad they mentioned in the video. I had the pleasure of hearing her in concert in Altan's early days when they came to Rhode Island.

I was depressed by the lack of interest here in the forum when Francie's obit was posted.

But it does speak volumes, to me anyway, of what this forum has become.

The TnaG vids are great, though. Living in the States, I hadn't seen the Sibin program, but had heard about it. Nice to be able to see it, finally.
