These are the two items I have put up for auction. 1. The Dance Music of Willie Clancy

This is a tribute to Willie Clancy after his death. By Pat Mitchell, 121 pages. Published for Na Piobairi Uillean by the Mercier Press, Dublin 1983 (reprint of 1976 edition).

Again, I don't recognise most of the tunes. There is an introduction with some info on music notation for the Uillean pipes, and also crans and rolls for the pipes.

I will pay postage from Oz.

2. Sully's Irish Music Book, by Anthony Sullivan

A selection of 100 Irish dance tunes and airs including 33 original compositions, Volume One. Manchester, UK, Halshaw Music, 1979.

Tony Sullivan plays (or played?) banjo. The book has reels, jigs, hornpipes, polkas, slides & slow airs. I don't recognise any of the tunes, so they aren't the usual collection at all.

I'll pay the postage (from Oz).

The other is an Encyclopedia of American Popular Songs - details are in the auction thread.
