There's a sign up thread, Bob. Put "Santa" in the filter box and set it for 30 days and you'll get the whole story.

Can't the latecomers (after 9pm GMT) just get paired up with other latecomers? ...assuming that they sign up in multiples of 2?

Yeah, Cat. If latecomers PM you instead of posting their names in the forum, you could pair them up and still keep the pairings relatively secret. Then you could add their names to the published list after Christmas. Would that work?

The list is almost complete. People HAVE to PM me with their details. I have done a fair amount of chasing people who have posted to the forum that they want to be included but they haven't PM me with their details and I know I am not a mind reader I don't know peoples details unless they tell me.

I am still awaiting on a set of details before I PM people tomorrow. Late comers can still be included infact I have had some PM's tonight after 9pm which I have included. Late comers really need to be in multiples of 2 now. I can't afford to take part and thought it would be fun to organize it instead but it seems that some people would rather take part AND tell me what to do. At the moment I feel as though I can't win.

Everyone who has PM'ed me with their details will recieve their santee tomorrow morning.
