Subject: RE: Lyr Req: The Excursion Train From: Q (Frank Staplin) Date: 11 Dec 07 - 09:08 AM "The Excursion Train (Le Train de plasir)" by Bosisio, cover illustration at Levy Sheet Music, but no score or text. The illustration, of a train, with open cars in a rainstorm, looks to be about 1850. The notes indicate that it is "piano with voice," and an imported song. No luck in finding the lyrics. Plenty of references to the 'Michael' song in google, but I quit before I had gone through everything. |
