There's a song I sing which I picked up years ago but I don't know it's composer/band/history etc. It's called (I think) "Sunday Blues" and COULD be Australian. It's a swamp-rock style song in the vein of Honky Tonk Woman. The first verse is:-

"She looked bad but she looked better last night
Her hair was pretty and her eyes didn't look such a fright
And you'd like to run from the things that you done last night
But the Sunday Blues don't matter on a Saturday night."

...and so on for two more verses.

Anyone help?

Allmusic.com lists several songs, by various artists, called SUNDAY BLUES. There are also many similar titles, such as
BLUES ON SUNDAY
BLUES FOR SUNDAY
BLUES ON A SUNDAY
SUNDAY MORNING BLUES
SUNDAY BLUES MARCH
SUNDAY NIGHT BLUES
BLUE SUNDAY
SUNDAY BLUE
Etc.
You might try listening to sound samples until you recognize one of them.
