Ive just read on PennyBlackFolk.co.uk that the concerts on Sunday 24th and Monday 25th August have had to be re-located from Oswaldtwistle Mills to The North Euston Hotel Fleetwood. This is great lads, a venue which is not weather dependent and also a smashin start to The Fylde Folk Festival. Seeing as it isn't a very early start (11-00am) I'll be there, definately on Sunday but probably both days.
Anyone that doesn't know the line ups are (in no particular order),,,,

Chorley Mashers, JIVA, Chris & Siobhan Nelson, Steve Ferguson, Dave Alderman, Paul Roberts, Mary Hassett, Penny Black
Monday
Phil Graham, Steve Ferguson, Dave Alderman, JIVA,

Both events are free (with a bucket collection for ARC (Arthritis Research Campaign)

Sounds fabulous, wish we could get there to support this! Unfortunately we'll be at Shrewsbury Fest this weekend & only coming to the area on the 25th for a few days. We'll be looking around trying to find some song sessions, keeping fingers crossed. Have a grand weekend!!!
