I wonder if anyone out there can help, please ? I danced with two crack sides, Manchester and Southport Swords. Being the recipient of two knee replacements, it will not surprise anyone that I have had to

hang up my bells.

I was asked, a couple of years ago, if I would like to train a school side, at the school my grandsons attend, and I was happy to. This has turned into a "quasi-tradition" for the School May Day Revels.

I thought it time, and the Head agreed, for proper baldricks and bell-pads. To my shame [it is probably an age thing :-)] I cannot for the life of me recall how to make Cotswold style bell-pads.

If anyone is able to help I shall be more than grateful.   Please PM me.
