Subject: Michael Herman FOLK DANCER magazine From: Thomas Stern Date: 04 Jun 09 - 01:32 PM Does anyone have copeis of the FOLK DANCER MAGAZINE from the 1950's, 1959 or 1960? I a trying to fix a date for the release of a group of Israeli Circle Dance recordings with ELYAKUM, Mort Freeman and Martha Schlamme, MH 1150 through 1155 ??? Thanks! Thomas. |

Just as a side note, 'Folk Dancer' became 'The Folklorist' around the mid 1950s. I had a quick look through over the dates you mention and I can't see any specific reference to those recordings, not in the reviews sections anyway. I could look through them more thoroughly or a couple of years either side..? A. |
