Lyr Req: Old Anne Murray song

I'm trying to help a friend out. What are the lyrics to a song that I think is titled "Nice to Be with You" from one of Anne Murray's first albums (when she still sang barefoot on Don Messer's Jubilee). I believe it was written by Gene McLellan. It may also be on the same album as "Hey, What about me?" The first line goes: Hey, look what you have done Showing me the sun and now it's shining through It's nice to be with you.

Well, here's Anne Murray's official website and the album is called "This Way is My Way" and it was issued in 1969, with a more recent CD release. (Check the discography.)
