I saw your message about Trevor - did you know Trevor? I was a friend of his and would like to chat (briefly) if you knew Trev and wouldn't mind? I find myself thinking about him a lot lately and would just to know that other people knew him too. I knew Trevor for over 20 years here in UK and in Malawi.

Dear Hilary,

The last contact I had with Trevor was about five years ago. He rang me here in West Clare at about 8pm and said he was coming to stay for the night. And never turned up! I thought that some things never change! I knew Trevor in his (extended) Trinity College Dublin days. Later in London my sister Betty and he were an item for a while so I knew him on both sides of the Pond for a long time. I'm trying to recall who gave me the bad news; it might have been Tim Booth (of TCD & Dr Strangely Strange) whom I met at a conference in Limerick University
