G'day,
You can swap MIDI files via this forum using the MIDItext software. To download the November 10 version and instructions click here.

This new version has a few improvements including better conversion to ABC.

Remember that the software is designed to allow us to swap simple melodies only. MID2text now does a better job of checking this.

If you have not seen an example yet look at this thread.

This version also works in WIN 3.1.

Alan, WHY did you have to pick a subject title that almost scans?

And create a lot of smiles
Or you can write the notes in Czech and be ignored!

You can post MIDI files or ABC notes;
You can post them in other formats too;
Or just scan the music if
You prefer JPEG or GIF
Though you'll reach far fewer readers if you do!
