Subject: Bromberg Technique

Sometime back Bromberg recorded his take on "Statesboro Blues/Churchbell Blues." I can figure out that it is done in Drop D tuning, and I can work out some of the riffs. I am having trouble reproducing anything close to what he does when he takes off (this is Bromberg, after all) and hope that some 'Catter guitarist can post some advice on how to play this tune.
Can anybody help?
Thanks
Mark

BS and David Bromberg do not belong together, Mark. I wish I could help you but it is twenty five years since I saw the man play. However I will be seeing him again at Philly Folk Festival in August. Maybe I will pick up some tips then !

Murray
