I think Neil Young wrote it & used it as title & theme music for a CBCTV show, but I had no success on neilyoung.com thanks

A song (or tune) called "You of All People" was recorded by Jack Schechtman on "From Soup to Nuts," which AMG classifies as a jazz album. That's the only song I could find with that title.
