Hey, NYC area 'Catters, our own Mark Ross is coming all the way from Oregon to perform here at the 31st annual NCCFF; April 16, 17, 18. It is free to the public. I checked the website, but they didn't say which nifgr he was performing. Other performers include (no, I am not making this up): Janis Ian, Waterson/Carthy (Norma, Martin, and Eliza), Jon Pikow (aka one of Jean Ritchie's two fine sons, but see him in his own right), Tom Chapin, Christine Lavin, Harlem Blues & Jazz Band, music from Peru, the mideast, Ghana,...and it's all free!

I am doing a workshop Tuesday morning. I am not scheduled offically for the evening shows, but am told that I'll have on spot(a short one) on Wednesday evenings bill. Hope to see you all there!
