Subject: Origins: 'Old Cotton Liner No. 1' - help please. From: GUEST,KatoPotato Date: 20 Jun 06 - 07:17 AM Hi everyone, not sure if this the right place to post but here goes. I'm trying to track down a song for my partner, but he's unsure of the title (and we have no idea who sang it). It sounds as though it's from somewhere near Mississippi as the chorus is something like "On the Old Cotton Liner No. 1, No. 1..." Verses include the lyric "If I could be anything I want to be..." Any help greatly appreciated - google is coming back with zlich. Thanks. |
