Subject: RE: Mudcat Auction From: Barbara Shaw Date: 05 Apr 02 - 07:12 AM I sent Max a couple of ShoreGrass CD's back in January for the auction. This was right after Mike Miller of the Philly Folksong Society gave it a good review. Don't know what Max ever did with them, but they never showed up in the auction or the recording sales list. |

Subject: RE: Mudcat Auction From: mooman Date: 05 Apr 02 - 07:31 AM I will be putting up a rare 1969 BBC LP "Ulsters Flowery Vale", produced by Frank Hammond, with some unique recordings of important and influential Northern Irish singers and musicians as featured on the corresponding radio show of the same year. As always with my auction stuff, 100% of proceeds will go to Mudcat. I'm not at home now and will post up more details this evening on the auction part of the Mudcat including track listings. Best regards, mooman |

Subject: RE: Mudcat Auction From: Hollowfox Date: 05 Apr 02 - 01:03 PM Mark, send the money to Max, and when he pm's me that he's gotten the money, I mail you the book. PM me your address so I know where to send it. I haven't put the procedure on each of my auction entries (laziness and assuming folks knew what to do), but I will put it on each one in the future. Check the auction in a couple of minutes, Amergin, there'll be a few more things there. |

Subject: RE: Mudcat Auction From: RolyH Date: 05 Apr 02 - 01:42 PM After searching for ages for The Penguin Book of English Folk Songs, just like London buses, two turn up at the same time.Got no use for two so I have put one of them up for auction. |

Subject: RE: Mudcat Auction From: wysiwyg Date: 05 Apr 02 - 02:09 PM Barbara, I would suggest you go ahead and enter the CDs in the auction, and then when it closes ask Max to send them out. If he has not had time to respond I am sure it is not because he is not appreciative. ~Susan
