My wife and I have a quick trip to New England planned for the end of Septemeber. I have a couple of performance dates booked during that time.

I will be playing at St. James Pub in Fall River MA from 9 to 1 on Sat Sept 22.

I will be joining radio show host, Bud Sargent on his program, "Four Green Fields" on Sat Sept 22 at 930 AM - on radio station WCUW - 91.3 FM.

I also have a house concert in Worcester MA that I believe is sold out, but if you're interested please send me PM, I may be able to get a few more names added to the list.

I also have two Mudcatter sessions on my wish list; Paddy Burkes in Boston on Wed Sept 26 - and on Fri Sept 28 at The Press Room in Portsmouth, NH. I don't know for sure if I can make either or both of these sessions, yet - but would love to say hello to Mudcatters if I can drop by. Please let me know if you're going to be there.

Hope you can make the Press Room session. It's on the eve of the mostly free Portsmouth Maritime Festival (29 & 30 Sep) at which Finn & Haddie are performing.

Jed, I would encourage you, if possible to make both sessions. I know from your PM that that might be tough, but you won't regret it if you go.

Last chance to bring this thread up before I leave for Boston on Friday.

I am planning to make the trip as scheduled. I hope to meet a few Mudcatters along the way - if you're in the area and can make any of the dates/venues I've listed above, please come by and say hello. I have received a couple of PMs re: the house concert and expect to see y'all there. At this point, I expect I'll make the session at Paddy Burkes, but miss the Press Room session. I made a couple of phone calls, it may be possible for me to arrange to be in NH on Thurs/Fri (Sunnapee area) and then make a swing through Portsmouth for a day of site seeing on Fri and a visit to the Press Room. What times will the session start and end?

Actually - when touring on vacation one can see sites while sight-seeing - so you could be said to be site seeing

Sorry Jed, after I posted above a crew got into a jam with the desinger's blueprints. They needed everything worked out before they start tomorrow at 6:00, when I'll meet them on the job site. Just got finished straighten out the mess & its just past 11:00, sorry if I left you to your own devices, I hope you met everyone (& some catter's) & had a good time. ... well, Jeri, and all - as you may have noticed, I never ade it to the session on Friday night. My wife and I DID make the Paddy Burke's session on Wed, thougthy - and we had a great time. Great folks and great songs. I hope to make it back there, one day.

It was a good session, Jed, and we missed you. At one point, someone called out "Jed," just in case you were hiding in the shadows somewhere. Fairly soon "Jed" was being shouted out by various and sundry folk, but alas, not one Jed in the place. Will see you somewhere!
