Subject: RE: Thought for the day - March 11, 2001 From: wdyat12 Date: 11 Mar 01 - 03:13 PM Kat. I'm sure it is *BG*, but you can't have anything that great without working at it. Hats off to you too Rog for doing your part to keep kat happy! wdat12 |
Subject: RE: Thought for the day - March 11, 2001 From: katlaughing Date: 11 Mar 01 - 03:18 PM At the moment, it is all debatable, Wdy...he is failing miserably, today!**BG** Neither one of us is an easy person to live with. I think the best thing we can say about each other is that we have complete and total freedom to be who we are; unfortunately that is not always conducive to being happy. Gnu was very profound when s/he posted "Love at first site... a dream for most, but rarely a true blessing. " (my emphasis) Don't get me wrong, I am grateful and, most of the time, happy, but there is lots of room for improvement!*smile* kat |

Subject: RE: Thought for the day - March 11, 2001 From: gnu Date: 11 Mar 01 - 04:09 PM So.... you wrote "s/he" when referring to gnu. In a way, that's kinda neat. I consider that as a compliment. It's kinda like, if you have read some of my posts and still didn't know my gender, I have come across in my writing as a person only, no gender. Thanks. maletothenthdegreegnu

Subject: RE: Thought for the day - March 11, 2001 From: Morticia Date: 11 Mar 01 - 04:29 PM Jeez, Kat, if you'd killed him, you'd be out by now *BG*.Congratulations to both of you for an increasingly rare, and in my opinion the most difficult of, accomplishments.....that of having enough love, humour and flexibility to live succesfully with another person over years. |
