Subject: BS: Wish the President a Happy Birthday From: Wesley S Date: 21 Jun 05 - 06:00 PM Here is the text of an e-mail someone here at work received - make of it what you will : Dear Deborah, Please help the Republican National Committee celebrate a very special birthday on July 6th. Join Republicans from across the country in wishing President Bush a Happy Birthday by adding your name to the RNC's e-card. As one of our Party's strongest supporters, I know the President will be delighted to receive your warm thoughts and kind words on his birthday. And if you can, I hope you will take this opportunity to commemorate President Bush's 59th birthday with a gift our entire Party can share. Your secure online gift of $59 or whatever you can afford -- $25, $50 or even $100 -- will help the RNC provide the resources needed to fully enact the President's agenda and keep our Party moving forward. I look forward to adding your name to the RNC's Birthday e-card to President Bush. And thank you for your continued support of our President, Party and cause. Best Wishes, Ken Mehlman RNC Chairman P.S. In order for your name to be included on the RNC's birthday e-card to President Bush, I need to hear from you by June 30th . Please click here to sign President Bush's birthday card and make a secure online gift our entire Party can share. Thank you. Subject: RE: BS: Wish the President a Happy Birthday From: Amos Date: 21 Jun 05 - 10:21 PM I wish him an exuberant birthday followed by a stroke. I think it would be very interesting for him to discover how the handicapped get by -- the wounded, the amputees, the paraplegic, the differently abled who have to wreak every ounce of energy they can out of their frames just to get dressed in the morning. A real learning experience. It might add some depth to his spurious and superficial faith of which he speaks so often and so loudly. A |

Subject: RE: BS: Wish the President a Happy Birthday From: Amos Date: 22 Jun 05 - 08:09 PM Much to the dismay of the nearly 2,000 ex-incarnate American souls wandering around wondering why they listened to this dumb-bell in the first place, the 100,000 widows, orphans, and broken Iraqis, and the grief-racked families in our own towns. I am sure they are all thrilled at what you are supporting, Doug. A |
