After every meal at least - when I gave up smoking I needed something to fill that after-meal cig time.
Mudcat has been an excellent substitute

It would be easier to tell you how many times a day I wasn't on Mudcat... This is a neat site and I haven't even been asked to leave once...WOW! I can't believe it. Now I'm afraid if I do leave, you all will block me from coming back... so I just stay... My home page so to speak! Tsk!

well i'm interested i leave it on when the family is online everynigt so mum and dad can have a look then i'll check it between about 10pm and 3am when i'm doing my website or instant msging my mates

Three times a week, usually Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for at least a couple of hours. I think that qualifies me as a Mudcatoholic.

Wow, I thought I was bad because I check it several times a day, depending on work load and whether my boss can see the screen from his desk, then I usually check again at night when I get home. But there seem to be people more severely addicted than me!

I tend to leave it "on" at work, and check in whenever I have a couple of minutes between things and don't want to start something I know is about to be interrupted. Like I just got off a conference call, and am going to go to lunch, but I checked in here first to decompress. At home, I tend to check in less often but for longer each time.

Well, today it's been five hours straight. Some days it's quite a number of times, some days not at all because I have too many obligations to attend to. I think there awas a whole week recently when Mal was sick where I didn't go online much at all.
