I've been asked to run a musicians session on 8th Sept in Kirbymoorside as part of the Festival on the Moor organised by Richard Graiger.
There will be another musicians session on 9th in Lealholm in the Board.
Format will be mainly Northumbrian and Irish.

Is it really a year since we were up at the fest in 2005?

To all - I can heartily recommend a visit to this event - I went last year and had a great time - truly great music, and to have a beer fest going on at the same time (in another part of the venue) was sheer bliss!

Ged - Where is the venue for the Fri (8th) - same as last yr?
Will Cod be there again? (Where is he these days anyway?!)
Is the Lealholm session on the Sat or Sun - the website suggests Sun?

Will do utmost to be there ! (Do I have to tune the fiddle down to that funny F key again ?!)

However the landlord of the Board in Lealholm has just confirmed he is looking forward to seeing us on Saturday night.
