Subject: Tech: Problem - Creating Sonic Stage CDs From: Ebbie Date: 27 Mar 07 - 04:45 PM I've been using Sonic Stage v. 3.2 for a couple of years now and with no problem. It's fairly fast and the quality is good. Then this month my CD tray refused to open and I ended up buying and installed an external CD drive, which is Drive F. Drive F is recognized by Sonic Stage and yesterday I created several CDs. Today, suddenly, with a total of only 65 minutes of song in 'My Library' that I'm trying to transfer to an 80-minute CD, it claims that there is insufficient room on the "disc containing temporary folders" and says only 10 of 23 tunes can be transferred. What disc? Which "temporary folder"? Why suddenly have the rules changed? I emptied the temporary folder that one finds under Internet Options and that makes no difference. I have re-booted twice. Makes no difference. Anyone? |

I suspect that somewhere in the SS program there is an option to place the 'temp dir' (or maybe set its size!). If not - then try getting out of the prog and looking for where it has actually placed its 'temp files' - you can use the Winnows 'Find' if you know some of the names of the files. |
