I promised a friend I'd ask about this one for her. She heard it on NPR and it was sort of C&W. Something about how much the guy loves the gal, except on book reading day, I think. Goes on with her reading while driving and getting into trouble. The whole song is all about how her addiction to reading is causing big problems, until the end when she is sent to a psychiatrist who says he can help her...he has some books for her to read!
