I wish to pass along this information:

Effective Jan. 7, 2000: Due to circumstances beyond his control, "The Prof" (Mick Lowe) will be unable to answer requests at his Prof's Pages: Irish and English Traditional Music sites until further notice...

He is going to try to find a way to post this info at the sites themselves which are still up and running. The problem is computer related and not site/server related. (I'll leave it to him to explain further if he deems it necessary.)

Well, now. I was aware of Mick's Irish Session Venue Index but I did not know about his other sites in cyberspace. Thanks for letting us know, Mary. I promise not to pester him until he gets his machinery humming again.

There are various links off the main Irish page....including the latest English Traditional song pages.

Again, due to computer problems Prof is unable to receive and answer email requests...

But feel free to browse the site....lots of other goodies and links...
