I'm looking for the lyrics of "The Death of the Bear" from Dubliners album "30 years a-greyin'" (it's a compilation so it should have been on an earlier album too). it seems quite a "trotzkist" song about a woman remembering her youth in the Soviet Union and the sad fate some of her friends had: caught by KGB, shot in Afghanistan, put into madhouses... A guy from Iceland told me he would give me the lyrics but I can't find the thread I started on 25th march! (It's probably me I'm a newcomer) Thank u all.
