From: Alexander's Hideaway
Date: 30 Mar 02 - 02:28 PM

I am a minister at East Dallas Christian Church in Dallas Texas. We are establishing a new coffeehouse venue near the Deep Ellum area near downtown Dallas called "Alexander's Hideaway". We are housed in the basement area of East Dallas Christian Church which is located in the area known as "Old East Dallas". We are currently developing our talent catalogue and bookings through the remainder of the year and for the spring of 2003. AS it stands today, we have openings for October and November of this year and all of 2003.

What is the best way to share the information about a TALENT SEARCH!!! We will be hosting the first of our talent auditions Saturday, May 18th 3 p.m. - ???.

Please call Jack at 214-824-8185 ext. 24 if you would like to be auditioned for Alexander's Hideaway, please contact Alexander's Hideaway, attn. 'Talent Jack', PO Box 710329, Dallas, TX 75371 Call and reserve a time and get your chance to try out the Alexander's Hideaway facility! Email Jack Mullins at: jack@edcc.org to register/sign up or to get more information!

Next time I'm down Dallas way, I'll check it out. Thanks for the post, and I hope your coffeehouse does well.

Jack, are you looking for regular folk musicians, or is your coffeehouse of a more christian music variety? Margaret and I have played at Uncle Calvin's in Dallas many times and love coming to Texas and are always looking for other venues to play.
