I've just recieved an interesting e-mail by way of CDBaby.com. However, it has pushed me onto unknown ground. Perhaps I should start by quoting the message in full.

Why don't you write to CDBaby? I've heard good things about them and their service is great.

In the meantime, I found several independent artists on google who mention they get airplay on Radio MILO in Belgium, so it sounds legitimate. Here's one of those, plus one about an American music show which airs on MILO:
