Subject: RE: BS: V-Amp From: C-flat Date: 16 Nov 02 - 04:45 PM I only know what I've read about them and that's all been positive. I think that the "Line 6 Pod" is the "professional choice" retailing a little under £300. I don't know how that compares with the V-Amp. I'd be interested if anyone can explain the best way to incorporate these gadgets into a live set-up. I understand that you can D.I. straight to the P.A. but would you then use your existing guitar amp as a monitor and would that "colour" your gadgets sounds. I hope I'm not hijacking your thread, Ireland, presumably some discussion on the workings of these things is welcome. C-flat. |

There is a forum for V-amp, but it goes over my head at times and as I want to buy it for a christmas present, I can't ask my son to explain as he might figure out what I'm at. |
