used to hear this in the late '60's/early '70's. a man and his son live in the [colorado?] mts. boy gets his leg crushed while logging and nearly dies. naked lady in a bearskin shows up and heals him with herbs. she and man sleep together. she leaves because he "does not believe in her." song is sung and spoken by a man with just a guitar, i think. i would like the name of the song and the artist.
used to hear it a lot on KUNC before it went to "diverse music." YUK.

Sadly, the world is filled with non-believers of all kinds. But naked ladies in bear skins? Now that's a thought to warm any man's heart on an otherwise cold night. Count me as a hopeful believer.
