I'm an American woman presently living in Dublin area (Monkstown) and looking for sessions. Tues. and Weds. night seem to be the nights I'm having difficulty locating one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. all the best

I removed the 'BS' prefix from this thread title. BS is supposed to mean your thread is NOT about music. A lot of Mudcat users have a filter set so they don't see BS threads. I think you'll get more responses now that more people who are interested in music can see it. --JoeClone, 20-Feb-03.

If you're in Monkstown, a visit to the headquarters of Comhaltas Ceolteori Eireann in Belgrave Square in that area any night should put you in touch with people who could advise you on the local scene.

I go to Comhaltas every Friday night for their session. I've shared information with the members there, of sessions I've happened on in the area. But thanks for the input :)
